The courses are set in a relaxed and comfortable environment, with respect for the current corona measurements. In small groups with lots of personal attention, under the professional guidance of an experienced, registered, senior trainer you will be able to learn the tools and how to implement them into your everyday life.
Research shows that online mindfulness can be as effective as regular group training. Also the reactions of participants in the last groups where very positive.

Mindfulness trainings can be offered in both Dutch or English, depending on the group.
