In the mindfulnesstrainings that I offer, you learn to be really present in the now. Also if you have no specific complaints, practicing mindfulness and compassion can enhance the quality of your life. It brings you into contact with deeper layers of wisdom, intuition and love, allowing you to develop more inner stability. It then becomes easier to live, think and act authentic and true to yourself.

The courses are set in a relaxed and comfortable environment, with respect for the current corona measurements. In small groups with lots of personal attention, under the professional guidance of an experienced, registered, senior trainer you will be able to learn the tools and how to implement them into your everyday life.
Research shows that online mindfulness can be as effective as regular group training. Also the reactions of participants in the last groups where very positive.

Mindfulness trainings can be offered in both Dutch or English, depending on the group.
All in all, MBSR training has been a highly transformative and healing experience. I would recommend
it to everyone as it is the best investment into yourself and your family you can ever make.
In essence, the practice is helping me a lot to stay calm, focused and more balanced. I was very
pleased with the teacher for her passion on the topic and the way of conveying her knowledge.
