The practice of mindfulness and compassion can enhance the quality of your life and help you to become more at home with yourself, connected to deeper layers of wisdom, intuition and love.
New mindfulness and compassion trainings start regularly in Amsterdam, in Zeeburg and in De Pijp. The courses are set in a relaxed and comfortable environment, in small groups with lots of personal attention. Under the professional guidance of an experienced, registered, senior trainer you will be able to learn the tools and how to implement them into your everyday life. More info here
