In the mindfulness trainingthat I offer, you learn to be really present in the now.

Do you already have experience with mindfulness? You can also sign up for a follow-up course such as the Compassion training or the in-depth course Deepening Mindfulness and Mindful Communication

Also if you have no specific complaints, practicing mindfulness and compassion can enhance the quality of your life. It brings you into contact with deeper layers of wisdom, intuition and love, allowing you to develop more inner stability and self-compassion. It then becomes easier to live, think and act authentic and true to yourself.

Are you ready to start? Join a group training or opt for individual guidance, alone or with a partner or friend. In the 'live' sessions you can also join online so you don't have to miss anything when you are on holiday.

The training sessions take place in a comfortable space, in small groups, ensuring connection, safety, and personal contact. Under the expert guidance of an experienced, certified trainer, you'll learn to use mindfulness skills and how to apply them in your daily life. If needed, you can also participate online, so you don't miss a session if you're on vacation, for example. More information about the content here.

You can also opt for individual training or coaching sessions, alone or with a partner or friend, or a course with or for a child, at a location in De Pijp or online.
